  • Smart and playful

Ravens are very intelligent birds. They can learn new things by carefully watching, logical problem solving and face recognition. Ravens also play like. Sometimes they take a stick or a feather in the air. They then leave those fall and catch it again. Sometimes they also play with other animals, such as wolves and bears.

    Few enemies

In the wild, ravens have few enemies. Even eggs and young birds are almost never caught by a predator. Father and mother defend their nest well. Ravens are very fast and agile in the air. They also have a strong bill and they are quite large for a bird. All in all, that makes ravens not often need to be afraid of other animals.
