Booking with a subscription or coupon

If you have a friends pass or coupon from AquaZoo, you don't need to make a reservation. Just show your pass or coupon at the ticket counter and then your visit can begin!

Parking

Opposite the entrance to AquaZoo Leeuwarden, you can park in the spacious parking lot. See here parking rates.

Facilities for the disabled and wheelchairs

AquaZoo has several facilities for the disabled. Disabled parking spaces are available in the parking lot. The park is very accessible for wheelchair users. You may encounter some gates that require assistance. Employees of the park are always willing to help you. Only the rowing boats are unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair. There are also disabled toilets (with braces) in the park. There are also wheelchairs in the park that you can borrow. It is advisable to reserve these in advance via info@aquazoo.nl

Pets, guide dogs and assistance dogs

No pets are allowed in the park. This is because of the safety of your pet and the animals in the park.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are admitted only if they are vaccinated. Walk-through enclosures, such as the kangaroos, ring-tailed lemurs and penguins, cannot be visited. Staff are always willing to help and indicate a modified route.

Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times. Companions of assistance dogs may be asked to show their identification.

Microwave, high chairs and changing room

For young families, there are several facilities available at AquaZoo. In the catering area there is a microwave to warm up bottles or vegetable snacks. There are also a number of high chairs available that can be used free of charge. Changing facilities are available in the restrooms.

Feeding animals

Feeding the animals at AquaZoo is prohibited.

Electric bikes

AquaZoo has a bicycle shed. Although there is no charging station for electric bicycles, other facilities ensure that the battery of the bicycle can be charged. Ask one of our reception staff for more information.

Smoking

AquaZoo is a smoke-free park. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas.

Payment options

You can pay either cash or debit card in the park.
